If you’re having trouble uploading your dataset, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
When Decanter gets upgraded, it's possible that previous projects won't be available anymore, which is why you're not able to upload your file. You can create a new project, and upload a new file.
The dataset you’re trying to upload doesn’t meet the file upload requirements outlined in this article “File upload Guidelines”
If you’re still not able to upload your dataset, please go to the Decanter AI backend environment and download a dump log, create a ticket, and attach the dump log in the ticket, we will be happy to help.
