1. It's possible that you don't have a Decanter AI account yet. If your company already purchased Decanter, contact your IT department for help. For trial customers, please create a ticket here and someone from MoBagel will be happy to help with your request.


2. Entered the wrong password: If you already have an account, but don't remember your password, contact your IT for help if you're a regular customer. If you're a trial customer, please contact MoBagel by creating a ticket here.
